To offer your guests a proper welcome we’ll gladly provide you with a “Hospitality Desk” in the hotel's reception area, all at no charge. It's an effective way to distribute informational materials for the event to attendees, as well as hand out name tags.
Coat check
We are happy to provide you with a coat check rack, free of charge. Please note however that we cannot assume liability for items left there. If you wish for a manned coat check station, this is available for a fee.
Cleaning
A cleaning of the premises after the event is included in the rental price. In the event of unusually heavy soiling or damage, however, any additional cleaning costs will be billed to you. Such costs cannot be estimated in advance.
Menu
We'd be happy to provide a special menu and table decorations to fit your event. These can be designed to meet your specifications. Contact us for a quote. Our standard menus are provided at no charge.
Decorations
We'd be glad to arrange for colour-matching and topical floral decorations in the event rooms. Talk with us about your event and how you’d like to see the space designed and we’ll offer you a quote.
